We are excited to announce that Stefanie Simpson is our Collierville Elementary Teacher of the Year. Mrs. Simpson is a 4th grade English Language Arts and Social Studies teacher. She has been a teacher for 24 years and has spent the last 9 years here at CES. Ms. Simpson attended the University of Memphis where she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. Her hobbies and interest outside of school are spending time with her son, Nathan, who attends the University of Memphis. When she is not spending time with her son and family, she loves attending the sporting events and extracurricular activities of her students. Ms. Simpsons favorite quote is "If some students are unresponsive, maybe you can’t teach them yet, but you can love them. And if you love them today, maybe you can teach them tomorrow.” -Jeffrey R.
